Many already know of them, but here is a quick pic of some new Nerf blasters... What are your opinions/impressions on this?

The stryfe looks neat, but I never liked the handle on the rayven, so both of those are out. I'm actually a bit more intersted in the new water blasters.

I'm really not a fan of the new brand (2010-on) blasters.  Buzzbee in my opinion is the way to go on the matter of the the lines of blasters this year though.

I can't exactly agree with that. While the rangemaster is the bee's knees for me, it's still much slower than any of the Nerf elite line, and has the same power. I think that the retaliator could become quite a valuable peice of plastic for many people, whether they are HvZers, noobs looking for a good blaster that can be slowly ramped up into something that a veteran would maybe consider using, or non-modders. Yes, flywheel blasters are kinda stupid, and nerf seems to like them now more than buzz bee ever did, but I think that the Cougar, Jaguar, and overlord don't really have a home in serious nerfing. If you can find a panther, they are just as good as rangemasters, except much smaller.  But I think that nerf is turning a corner, and they will have sucessfully gained back their fanbase that they may have lost from their reclone spamming.

Consider Panthers found (for me).  Also, Buzzbee seems to have an ear out for the NIC due to the fact that they change the pumps from circles to I-beams after the comments that some people on the NIC made about them.

I kind of like the flywheel blasters more than plunger blasters. I like wiring things, and, if you understand the way they work, they are easier to get better ranges out of. If I want a Nerf gun to shoot 110ft., then build a snap of a plusbow. That's the way I think.

... Tech... You do know that banding a animal is getting rid of the balls right?

I think the Styfe might be the first blaster produced that could be reliably dual-weilded with a bit of help. If you made a harness that held mags out at a slight angle, and then connected a string to the bottom of the mag and then to the harness (with maybe 2' of string) you could drop both mags with the standard mag drop button with one hand, then slide the blasters onto the tops of the mags in the vest, then pull the mags out while they are in the blaster, and when you drop the mags, they wouldn't hit the ground.
