Just wondering any routines you guys have and any suggestions for everybody... You can always get better.

I do:


Ladders curls with 25 pound weights, ladders are done like so... 2 curls, 4, 6, 8, 10, 10, 8, 6, 4, 2, and in-between each you set your weights down and take a 5 second rest.

Then 30 situps and 30 crunches.

Then 100 130 pound squats done in reps of 20 on a workout machine.

30 situps, 30 crunches.

Bench Press of 120/125 pound ladders.

30 situps, 30 crunches.

Triceps pushup, (Make a diamond with your hand, your hands should be touching for the pushup) 60 done in sets of 10

30 situps, 30 crunches.

About 60 normal pushups done in sets of 10.

Slight rest then I do these things on my workout machine that is pushing forward its almost like a siting bench press, I do though on 140 pounds and I do 20 of them.

Some pull downs on the machine on a 150, (Its fun to do it on your own weight you have to do it without lifting yourself in the air.) and I do about 30/40 of them.

Then I come up stairs and do some pull ups like maybe 20/30.

And I think that is it.

So what do you guys do, I try to do them to weeks in a row without stopping. Trying to get out of the weenie state and its working. XD

Wow, yours is a lot more intense then my. My school does a workout thing on Tuesdays and Thursdays, so I do whatever they do there, and at my house I do different stuff every day. I'm more focused on my legs because I'm a water skier and a soccer player, so I usually run a lot, do about 30 push ups, 50 crunches, 30 lunges, 15 squat thrusts, and then I use a lifting machine. Their's a daily challenge that my soccer coach gives us, and that changes daily. At the workout thing, we do the McGyver workout or whatever the head of it feels like, then we run, and then we work out on machines.

When I run XC (in the fall)  I run about 5 miles every day along with 20 100m sprints.  When I bowl I bowl about 5 games every day.  My best PR for XC is 18:59 5k and my best bowling score is a 217 (no opens (and not one turkey xD)).  During the spring and summer I train for both sport (and as a freshmen I'm quite good at both of them).  Never really do the full workout thing though.
