Hahah! I would have loved to have seen that. Just the look on their faces!! What kind of sound does it make?!? Lol!
I didn't get to Home Depot today! Damn. Tomorrow!!

Yeah I wish I had a different Big Blast tank too, since those pipes are really small on the Ultimate Berserker version. I am going to try to subvert the whole thing next time with 2 pieces of pvc on a bb umb tank. One theory that is solace is that I want to try absolvers with a little more range. Maybe 4-7 shots with 7" barrels. I figure with the tank emptying slower I might get better range. Also I might try 3/4" threaded couplers so that might help with flow.

Think of the sound a NF with a almost perfect barrel makes; that nice little "pop". Now, make that about 4-5 time louder. That's what it's like. Also-Full air tank shot!

Sliding dart door proto. Uses a slot cut in a slice of threaded coupler. The actual door is acrylic (i know) with a rubber band spring both holding it closed and on. Leaks but I haven't tried to seal it yet. Should work OK! Shopping snafu 19shot absolver proto. Dumb me bought a 3" endcap thinking it would work great here. Lol. Chopped down the front and cut a section out. It's a kludge. I think i'll at least build it up though. I think it'll work better here with the outer barrels staggered. Nerf Doctor has me working! I'll just file the outside edge of the outer barrels a bit to fit the missing 2 after it's glued up. And then bring it with me to lowes!

This is fun so far but my first attachment for it needs tweaks to say the least. It fires alot of darts at once but I'd like fewer. I tried it loaded almost all the way to the ends of the barrel! I might chop it up or redesign it. The shell needs just a few tweaks and I have to put in a real trigger. Here's the stuff I did at the back of the absolver with acrylic sheet. I haven't tested to see if manifolds help or hinder but I figured I'd try one here.

SSPB with a water gun pump and PVC elbow expansion. It takes about 3 pumps. This pump has an adjustable oprv. I have it plugged for now. Seems like it will get ranges.

^ "Old bike pump in a 1" fitting. Hmmmm...." + Fire Extiguisher? = Scared womens? Still needs tweaks and oprv adjustment. Firing like a champ and likey to be allowed for wars. Bigger tank and small hopper.

Initial layout for bbumb pistol/primary. I really want to leave this out of a shell since I am lazy. I have to decide on an ergo pump arrangement. I'll likely use a small schwinn pump. The oprv & check valve are hacked out of the bbumb's guts and re-kegiggered. I want to isolate the oprv from the tank hence the odd check valve arrangement. I am not sure how this will affect the pumping effort. There shouldn't be too much volume between the oprv & check valve.

The deadspace between the check valve and over pressure valve will act as an over pressure valve. Not like it's a bad thing that you have two safeties, I just wanted to point it out to you that you will get better range with less pump to check valve deadspace.

Oh I didn't know that! Ok.. I am learning as I go! Heheh. I don't want to run without an oprv for wars. I just don't know the best way to integrate one.

I've made some progress today with this attempt at an air primary. It get's 110'+ without tweaks. The oprv kicks in at 2 pumps. Is this a homemade or a semi-homemade? Lol, I don't know. It needs extra support for the tank and barrel.

I took the opportunity afforded by this badass day to tweak my umb primary. I had already added some support to the tank and barrel, a little comfort and some orange. Today I adjusted the oprv to 1 1/2 pumps, tweaked the trigger, added an oring to the inside of the female coupler and fitted the face of the male coupler. It didn't add much range but really helped dart speed and accuracy. I need to make a new wye next. This is still the beta for my idea of a double UMB tank primary. I'll use a dual action pump, reduced deadspace between the pump and tank, an sspb oprv for added pressure and a little extra tank volume next. This crappy trigger works so well I might keep it! It takes about 1 minute to make! I'll give it a good stress test and see if it damages the blast pin.

I've been working on this baby on and off for about a month. It has aluminuin sideplates, and (now) it has a stock and a cath. I just need to finish the plungertube and it'll be finished...
